System Settings

While many settings in Paligo are done on the publication level (like layouts), or in the Editor, some major settings are made in System Settings:

  • Consecutive branching: Allows you to create branches from other branches. You can enable or disable this setting without affecting existing branches.

Consecutive branching feature shown with enable advanced branching turned on. This allows users to create a branch from another branch.
  • Persistent image filenames: When enabled, image filenames use the persistent image UUID for the name. This setting affects HTML (including HTML5) output only.

Persistent image filenames setting with enable persistent filenames turned on. This means images use a static ID for the filename for HTML outputs.
  • Auto-logout: Set the time limit for a inactivity during a session. If the logged in user is inactive for the set time limit, Paligo will log them out automatically.
