Aideen is an experienced Customer Success professional with over a decade of experience working with SaaS technologies across the Geographical Information Systems, eLearning, and Technical Writing industries. As Team Lead for Customer Success in Europe at Paligo, she supports a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across life sciences, manufacturing, and software sectors, helping them achieve success through effective onboarding, growth, and retention strategies.

She works closely with teams across onboarding, solution engineering, sales, marketing, and product to deliver a seamless, data-informed customer experience. What’s your background in content and documentation?
I started working in Paligo three years ago, so I was new to the industry, but I really enjoy it and am learning about the industry every day.
What’s your favorite Paligo CCMS feature and why?
Contribution Editor because there are so many benefits to the collaboration of content in organisations.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a team just starting with structured authoring?
Clearly work out what you would like to improve before you start, for example, what is slowing you down, or what are your pain points and reasons for wanting structured authoring. Use these as your detailed goals for what you would like to achieve when first starting to use Paligo, and start to track them over time. This will help to really see and measure improvements made.
When I am not working, you will usually find me enjoying time with my family and two young children, enjoying a coffee, or booking my next city break, as I love to travel to new places.
