In this role, Dominik serves as a trusted advisor, balancing advocacy for customer needs with Paligo’s business goals. He oversees both low-touch and high-touch accounts, guiding renewals, expansions, and strategic initiatives that strengthen long-term partnerships. His work spans process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring within the customer success organization.
Dominik is also the Co-Founder of CustomerSuccessPL, a community dedicated to advancing the Customer Success discipline in Poland through podcasts, training, and consulting.
