What’s your background in content and documentation?
I started out by studying Communications and Media at the University of Houston, and after moving to Sweden, worked for a few years in communications at Karolinska Institutet before moving into content-focused roles, working with international teams and high-profile clients in gaming, SaaS, and industrial tech. Over the last 12+ years, I’ve specialized in building global content strategies, creating everything from SEO-driven content to social media campaigns. My experience spans both B2B and B2C, with a strong focus on SaaS, manufacturing, and digital marketing.
What topics do you enjoy writing about most?
I enjoy translating complex ideas into stories that resonate with real people. I want to deliver clear messaging that’s compelling while still being relatable. I’m particularly interested in how a well-crafted content strategy can foster long-term customer engagement and reach across global markets.
How do you see AI and automation changing technical documentation?
I believe AI is most powerful when combined with human insight. It’s about using technology to amplify creativity, not replace it.
When I’m not writing, I’m usually volunteering for new experiences or planning my next trip to expand my knowledge of new foods and cultures.
