Back to Paligo Academy
This is what we call the Paligo solar system. It encompasses the different parts of the system, how they complete the full workflow; how we start with authoring, writing the content. There's training. How to do that. Followed by reuse, really important. Obviously, you probably have lots of reuse in the system. So learn all the different types of reuse. So then you can build your information architecture. Your content strategy, your table of contents, whatever term you want to use. How to reuse that content properly once you understand the different functionality. There's versioning with revisions, there's advanced branching. What essentially is important here is this versioning that's built into Paligo directly, not having to use some sort of external products. There's an integral part of your workflow. The collaboration side between authors, but more significantly between your SMEs, your subject matter experts, different people inside, outside the company, providing content, editing, reviewing and commenting on content. Again, all part of the workflow. The translation process. We are not a translation memory system. In other words, we're not a system dedicated for just translations. But we facilitate the process. Push the content from Paligo into an external translation memory system such as Memsource (Phrase), and then we bring the content back in, plug straight in, publish immediately if you want to. And the publishing side. So publish to HTML, PDFs, Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SCORM for eLearning. That's what we do with Paligo, and that's what these training courses are here to provide you with. Information so you can get going as quickly as possible.
