All content processing happens securely within the CDP. The LLM is only used for understanding the question and returning natural language answers. This ensures your data stays private and compliant.

FluidTopics is an AI-powered content delivery platform that enables companies to unify technical and product documentation in a smart knowledge hub used to deliver personalized content experiences to multiple customer channels, including documentation portals, Help Centers, unified knowledge hubs, and in-product help.

Paligo and Fluid Topics have partnered since 2019, enabling documentation teams to easily publish technical content managed in Paligo CCMS to the Fluid Topics CDP. Some of our joint customers, and what they built with us, include Palo Alto Networks, JFrog, and Cradlepoint, Ericsson Wireless Solutions.

Yes, Paligo already has an existing integration with the complete Fluid Topics platform. However, in this situation, customers purchase Fluid Topics separately and manage their implementation through separate processes. Paligo CDP utilizes the same connector but publishes only to the Fluid Topics Documentation Portal, providing a more cost-effective extension of Paligo’s capabilities.

While there is an HTML Help Center template and the ability to publish the Help Center with simple hosting options, such as Netlify, the CDP is a more robust and feature-rich content delivery solution. Paligo CDP supports customers who require advanced features, such as superior search, personalization, and detailed analytics.

Initially, the Paligo CDP is limited to ingesting content from Paligo CCMS and legacy PDFs. For customers whose volume grows significantly or who require more diverse and complex content sources, there is an option to upgrade to the full Fluid Topics Content Delivery Platform.

Paligo will provide all front-line support for Paligo CDP. While Fluid Topics is the underlying technology provider and offers second and third-line support, Paligo acts as the primary point of contact for customers. This means Paligo will handle the sales cycle, demos, and first-line support, ensuring a single vendor experience for the customer. Customers generally will not need to contact Fluid Topics directly for support unless there are exceptionally complex issues.
